First and foremost, I consider Lou to be a real credit to his profession. He made the total process of refinancing my mortgage easy from start to finish. At the end of my refinance process, after all the papers had been signed, my old mortgage sold my mortgage to a new company (they weren’t aware that I was working with H.A.R.P. and Lou), which demanded a payment from me. I called the new company and tried to explain what was happening, but they weren’t having any of it. They wanted a payment. I called Lou and told and told him what was happening, he called the new company and straightened them out. It took him all of ten minutes, whereas I’d been on the phone with them for over an hour.
